Hey, these are my opinions and if you wish, agree with them or whip up a set of your own.

Maybe this entry should have been titled, "Parody Of A Parody."

Who ever is keeping score on this game of ours, must have noticed the vast difference in good things vs. bad things.

One good thing, Bill Gates gives 5 million dollars to Colorado schools. A good thing for sure. How it is executed, only time will tell.

There was an electrical power outage at Denver International Airport the other day causing the cancellation of about 50 flights affecting around 5,000 passengers. The power company mumbles about wind whipped power lines touching and making trouble. Question in my mind, the power company has been in business, what ? maybe 100 years? Power companies the country over have long ago developed means to prevent that from happening. So if that excuse is true, it damns the power company for being so stupid as to supply power to an International airport without adequate efforts to insure against something like that happening. TO TOP that, in today's paper it says that the power company will double DIA's power supply and, GET THIS -- pass the cost on to the consumer. Something that will be found to be their fault in one way or another and to correct that, the measures they take will cost the consumers ? ? ? ? ? ? Phew !

Our dearly beloved USA Supreme Court has struck another blow against US - all of US, if a policeman makes a stop and on a possible misdemeanor, he or she can then place the person under arrest for something usually paid for by a fine and search his person and his car. Warrantless, on their own possibly paranoid or bigoted opinions. If my tail light is out and a policeman stops me, I can be arrested, because I have a beard, am dressed in clothes the cop sees as suspicious or an exhibition of any character trait he so states as excuse, searched, my vehicle searched -- without any higher ups being clued in on what is happening ? ? ? ? ? ? The possibilities for abuse, harassment are unlimited.

Every time I turn around nowadays the Republi-nasty-cans are eating away at our rights. With the aim I guess of establishing a dictatorship - - called by some fancy, high flown, neat sounding, euphemistic name, it will be. Yeah. And Bush possibly will lead the vanguard, White Hat, White Horse, spurs, whip and all. That is my paranoid opinion by golly.

Oh, a study was done and it finds out that bullying in the schools is pervasive. Really, they had to spend money to do a study about that ? Crikey, when I was in school there were bullies from the first grade on, and in High School, the jocks and the rich kids did what they wanted to do to us, and, got by with it! Of course every jock is not a bully and not every rich kid is either, and no policeman has ever been a bully ? Anybody watch the Rodney King video ? Anybody read about the broomstick up the anus of a man back east ? No person in authority ever bullied anyone. Yeah right, they learned that from an early age, reinforced by what they learned in school.

Bullying occurs in nature, go feed the ducks sometime and watch the stronger, bigger, more able, not crippled ducks bully the little, the weak, the slow or crippled ducks and chase them away from food. At least in the animal kingdom a person can see this as a survival thing -- ya know, "Survival Of The Fittest," In school, students are not by any means striving to get to their food. They are just trying to be ordinary persons, who are for the most part peaceful and not as aggressive as the bullies. Been there, had that done to me, didn't like it, hated it.

With the huge difference between good events and bad events, I see how much of the world is In Disarray . . . . . . .
