Dec. 14, 2005 - 20:23 MST CHANGE IN THE WEATHER It often happens to me in the winter. I tell myself, "Things shouldn't be this way, but they are." Barometric events seem to have a bearing on a person who is affected with SAD. And according to the forecasts barometric events are coming to town. I'm doing the usual things, keeping all the blinds open during the day as well as all the lights on and such things as that. but often gloom and doom zoom in to fill the room. But then self says to me, "Ah, but it'll soon pass." And it does. I know that if things get real bad, back to mental health department I shall go and on to Wellbutrin again before the wierdies start stalking me again. I have been off Wellbutrin for quite awhile now and hope to stay that way. So perhaps it is just like the newspaper says, there'll be a CHANGE IN THE WEATHER . . . . . . . . . . . . . 0 comments so far
