Jan. 15, 2003 - 23:57 MST THE WONDERING JEW Under The Wire Three minutes 'til Midnight January 15, 2003 - - - - Wow. Was reading an entry by Jennipurr of A Cat By Any Other Name wherein she mentioned and celebrated the fact that it is her 3rd Journalversary. After sending her congratulations my microscopic mind said, "Hey, check and see when you're due to cross the line. I did, this it, January 15, 2000 was my first entry. 'Twas nothing to write home about, I was very timorous and a bit shaky. Wasn't sure I had a damn thing to say to myself in a diary. Here it is three years and I am not so sure even yet that I have too much to say to myself, let alone anyone else. But what the heck, it sure has been fun, great fun and enabled me to have a great bunch of friends. A third journalversary present a day ahead is the return of a lady who used to write Postcards From The Pond. She has now re-invented herself and begun journaling again. Hope that she stays in good health and continues to write. A big present for me that is. No bells, no whistles, no cake with candles, not even a whoopee -- but the fun and joy is inside this man tonight. Though it is but 8 minutes after midnight now, due to the fact I started this before midnight on the 15 - I came in Under The Wire. 0 comments so far
